Bill Gaffneyis the founder and managing member of Change Realty, LLC. He is a principal broker in the state of Oregon, licensed since 2004. He has been involved in over one hundred (100) real estate transactions totaling over $48 million as a broker, investor and a developer. Over the past few years, Bill has converted several apartment buildings to condominiums in the Northwest 23rd area of Portland. He also manages a family portfolio of apartment buildings in downtown Portland.
Currently, a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Bill has achieved the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors. He has recently been recognized as a Five Star Professional; and a Diamond Platinum member of the Masters Circle – the highest designation given to a real estate broker in the Portland Metro area. For 2011, Bill’s total sales volume ranked him 35th out of over 8,000 real estate brokers in the Portland Metro area. Prior to managing his own construction and development company, Investment Properties of Oregon, LLC, Bill was in internet sales providing electronic research data to attorneys and members of the commercial real estate community with LexisNexis and The Costar Group. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College in California, where he also served as Student Body President. He has two children – Connor (13) and Caitlin (11); and a Labradoodle named Mulligan. |
